Bridge-the-Gap: This service helps manage the transition period while waiting for work visas. We employ your chosen candidates in Jordan, allowing immediate collaboration and productivity.
Recruitment Services: Our recruitment process includes headhunting, talent search, pre-screening, shortlisting, and organizing video interviews. We ensure you find the right talent for your specific needs.

Outsourcing / Nearshoring Costs:
- Employer of Record: Employee salary (including social security and health insurance) + €600/month.
- Rent-a-Team / Rent-a-Developer: Employee salary (including social security and health insurance) + €800/month/resource + equipment and license costs.
- Bridge-the-Gap: Employee salary (including social security and health insurance) + €800/month/resource + equipment, license, and travel costs.
Recruitment Costs:
- Success Fee: 30% of the agreed annual gross salary, payable in three installments: upon contract signing, upon commencement of work, and after the probation period.
